My name is Amy Lynn Freeman, and I have been teaching piano, voice and guitar for over fifteen years using my stage name “Amanda Griffith“, which I selected as thanks to my Mom, Barbara Griffith Freeman:) for teaching me piano.

Mountain View Piano has been providing innovative music education to the Bay Area for over 14 years. Founded by Amy Lynn Freeman in 2009, our studio offers piano. voice, flute and guitar lessons for kids and adults in small group and private lessons.

Our Practice
. While we have always offered in-person lessons, we ramped up our capabilities during the Covid-19 Pandemic and continue to experiment with the emerging area of ”Distributed Music” in both practice and composition. Check out my latest Music/Art Project “The Harmony of the Spheres”, which includes a new painting series that represents how to play a new piece of music I composed:).
